General Manager – Italian Restaurant £95/110k – Central London  

MUST speak Italian, this is a client request. 

Experience with Italian food is a big bonus but not needed  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known restaurant group as General Manager.

My client has successfully opened a number of iconic restaurants in London and with more planned for 2024 and a very large project coming up in 2025, a great growth plan in place, they are fast paced business, 155 covers, PDR attached, stunning bar, taking full control and reporting to the Ops Director for the group, only 2 sites in the company at the moment

Duties will include: 

• Being a ‘floor’ based General Manager but also able to look at strategy, with a view to go in to a dual-site role.  
• Dealing with lots of customers and sometimes difficult situations.  
• Pre-opening experience is incredibly valuable for this role! 
• Providing high quality service 
• Dealing with P&Ls and other financial duties.  
• MUST be in a General Management role to apply  

The right General Manager: 

• Must have a really good knowledge of the restaurant scene  
• Vibrant and enthusiastic 
• Work in a professional yet friendly manner 
• Be a team player and assist as much as possible 
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team 
• Be passionate about high quality food  
• Be a superstar in the Restaurant industry!
