Dining Room Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client, an esteemed hospitality group, is seeking an experienced dining room manager with expertise in wine selection and service to join its team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enhance the dining experience for their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage staff
• Hire and develop great people for FOH teams
• Understand and manage key financials, labour, promo and P&L areas
• Participate in the constant improvement of FOH operations

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
• Strong Wine knowledge
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong team leader
