Job Title             Senior Events Executive

Salary:                £32,000 - £34,250 + Benefits

Location:             West Sussex

My client is a membership organisation who have a passion for enjoying and sharing the great outdoor! They put on a number of pop up events each year all over the UK and we are looking for a Senior Events Executive to join the team, supporting across all areas of the event from start to finish.

This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office, on site and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with venues and landlords
• Organize all administration and paperwork
• Gather quotes from suppliers
• Manage bookings, resolving payment errors or duplicates
• Provide analysis and feedback after each event
• Research new location opportunities
• Develop marketing and promotion collateral for events
• Provide further administrative and logistics support to the team

Skills and Experience:

• Previous event experience ideally within outdoor or festivals
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Experience in event support and logistics
• Previous knowledge of using an event booking system
• Ability to create strong relationships
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Full UK driving license
