Business Development Director - Hospitality

Salary:  $150,000 annually

Location: California

My client is a leading provider of corporate dining and catering services.

They are seeking a Director of Business Development based in Texas.

This role involves spearheading strategic growth initiatives and nurturing client relationships within their dynamic market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share in the region
• Identify and prospecting new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship-building activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions that meet client needs and objectives
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations to drive new business acquisition and client retention
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, including key industries, competitors, and client segments
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive business expansion
