DBS Level: Enhanced (Both Adult and Child)

Nacro is dedicated to changing lives by designing and delivering services to equip people with skills, advice, and support to move on.

We work with single homeless individuals, families, offenders, and those experiencing mental health issues, substance use, and domestic abuse.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Travel Requirements:

• Car Driver: Yes


• Own Vehicle: Yes


• Business Insurance: Valid business insurance required.

• Rent Account Monitoring: Track and manage rent payments.


• Void Turnaround: Report repairs, restock furnishings, and clean properties.


• Client Interaction: Maintain weekly contact through telephone calls and face-to-face visits.


• Multiagency Collaboration: Work with various agencies to support service users.


• Health and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance.


• Assessments: Perform initial and ongoing assessments, including risk assessments and reviews.

Service Users:
Our service users include single homeless individuals, families, offenders, those with mental health issues, substance use problems, and those experiencing domestic abuse.

Properties Managed:
You will be responsible for approximately 22 properties.

Lone Working:
There will be instances of lone working.

Work From Home:
This position does not include working from home.

• Driving License: Valid UK driving license


• Vehicle: Must own a vehicle with valid business insurance


• DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check (covering both adults and children)
