Global Learning and Leadership Partner - Remote (UK) - Permanent - c£85k plus bens

This is a great opportunity to join this global corporate in a newly created role and team.

As they look to grow the business in global markets, they have created a new People centre of excellence, with the Global Learning and Leadership Partner role being the next piece of the puzzle.

The role will report to a Head of who is UK based, and support the design of a global Learning strategy, which aligns to group but is also relevant at a local level.

Although an individual contributor, the role will build strong relationships both internally and with external providers with whom you will partner to deliver specific projects and interventions.

The short to medium term focus of the role will include;

• A critical analysis of the LMS, as they move towards self directed learning


• Analysis and review of current state - ie how are the various locations / countries approaching Learning


• Development of a leadership programme which supports their development into truly global leaders


• Define the strategy for a global L&D function

We are looking for quite specific experience for this one, you must have worked in a global / corporate environment previously in an L&D capacity and be comfortable navigating the various levels and processes that come with this type of environment, along with experience of working in sectors such as IT solutions / services.

You must be au fait with various learning technologies and bring a strong toolkit around leadership and exec development.

The role is remote (UK), and there will be some international travel (approx.

quarterly).
