Amazon Vendor Account Manager



Location: Remote (with some ad hoc travel to sites such as Mancs/London)


Salary: Up to £60k base salary DOE, up to 17.5% Sales Bonus, £6,600 car allowance


Permanent: Full time



We are on the hunt for an experienced Ecommerce National Account Manager.

This role involves managing and expanding Pure Play eCommerce accounts to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.


Focusing on Amazon UK, there's ample opportunity to shape strategic direction in growing product categories over the short-to medium term.

Keeping pace with shopper trends is essential to achieving business goals, making this role pivotal.


Additionally, the role supports the Channel Controller in coordinating product range and promotional strategies across all PurePlay eCommerce clients.

Collaboration with Marketing colleagues ensures eCommerce platforms are integrated with wider marketing initiatives and brand goals.



The Role:



  • Ensure effective representation of our clients brands across all eCommerce platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon.

  • Achieve Net Sales and Profit targets for all eCommerce Pure Play customers.

  • Implement and analyse promotions across platforms.

  • Analyse internal and external performance data.

  • Manage availability with the Supply Team through accurate forecasting.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, including post-campaign analysis.

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Channel Controller to identify growth opportunities within the eCommerce channel.



Who are we looking for?



  • Proven experience in managing or working directly with Amazon i.

    Amazon Vendor experience is essential; experience with other e-commerce customers is advantageous.

  • Skilled in negotiating with large, complex customers.

  • Experience in P&L management.

  • Strong commercial acumen.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data efficiently and create effective presentations.

  • In-depth understanding of online shoppers, the online purchase journey, and strategies to drive online sales.

  • Ability to communicate technical and complex ideas in simple terms.

  • Comfortable using various data sources, such as Brand Analytics, EPOS, and Beet Insights.

  • Solid understanding of the broader eCommerce, digital, and media landscape, with general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies.
