Job Title: Reservations Manager – 5 Star Hotel – Surrey

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Surrey

I am currently recruiting a Reservations Manager to join this 5 Star Hotel in Surrey.

As Reservations Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the central reservation department along with maximising revenue in the F&B and room reservations.

We are looking for someone with a track record in hitting sales targets and who will be able to develop, train and lead a successful team.

About the position

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations & guest services departments
• Assist with reservation enquiries
• Recruit, train and develop the team
• Achieve and surpass all targets
• Maximise revenue
• Develop relationships with guests, travel agencies and clients
• Develop a clear and effective process for dealing with complaints
• Lead by example

The successful candidate

• Will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a leadership role within rooms reservations
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communicator and leader
• Knowledge of the luxury market
• Experience with Opera Cloud & Res Diary is desired
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Sales and target focused
