Responsibilities
, Resolving customer problems, creating support documentation, demonstrating products, testing new products, developing application solutions, and identifying opportunities for improved products and services
, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
, Perform acceptance testing of new products and software to verify correct operation, prior to release to the market.


, Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications
, Degree qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (electronics, mechanical, automotive or physics would be desirable
, Good mathematical ability in Pure and Applied maths i.e., Earth coordinate systems, basic Calculus, geometry & algebra
, Ability and interest in investigating and understanding complex technical issues and problems.


, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Day-to-day
, Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
, Analyse data and prepare reports for management
, Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
