Head of Operations – Premium Restaurants Group

Objectives

The aim of the Head of Operations is to lead and mentor the operational team as well as support the strategic development of the group.

The group as multiple Restaurant concepts includes : Beach Club, Sea-food, Grills, Japanese, Mediterranean Cuisine, Fusion restaurant,  etc.

• Give direction and inspire the managers for continuous improvement,
• Coach for growth and ensure training when needed.
• Be responsible for developing and managing your portfolio and ensure operational excellence throughout.
• Support the development of the group by exploring new sites opportunities for future openings.
• Development of training programs for the team, etc

 The ideal profile

• You have a proven track of record in a similar position with a Premium Restaurant Group, Beach Club operations, Lifestyle Food and Beverage operations
• You must have a multi-site experience and a strategic mind
• You have commercial acumen, strong people skills, team management experience
• You understand working in a branded environment (with SOPs, controls and matrix)
• You are able to work in an autonomous environment with minimum supervision as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• You have enough background to see the big picture and take a step back to propose ‘out of the box’ solutions
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a fast-growing multicultural environment
• You understand that to develop a group you must be hands-on, a team player and flexible.
  
  Opening experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
