Director of Operations, Bahrain

We are working with a very well-established hospitality group in Bahrain who are now looking for a Director of Operations for their Waterpark.

This role will report directly into the CEO and be managing a team of about 100 staff.

Director of Operations – role in Brief:  

• To oversee all aspects of the water park's operations, including finance, marketing, sales, guest experience, food and beverage, and team leadership.

Ideal Director of Operations:

• Currently holding a similar role or a strong number 2 in a Water Park or Leisure Attraction
• Must have a really strong to have a background in Aquatic, security, F&B, Retail and all the areas that need to be covered in water parks
• Middle east experience is beneficial
• Excellent communicator and team leader to manage a large, diverse work force
• Must have an eye for detail, work to deadlines, be a self-starter and be able to think on your feet
