Residential Conveyancer

Our client, an award winning North East law firm, are recruiting for an additional Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Newcastle.

The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years' experience running their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of approx.
  
  70 freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity cases with the aid of an assistant.


• Dealing predominantly with local, non-referral work, working closely with clients from the start of the transaction to the end while providing an excellent level of client care.


• Undertaking property searches, raising enquiries and dealing with HMLR formalities.


• Preparing files for exchange and completion.


• Dealing with post completion formalities with support.

Requirements:

• Upwards of 2 years' experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload with no/ minimum supervision.
