Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment 

£40,000 - £50,000 

Award winning refurbishment company are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. 

The role is available due to continued growth and winning a number of new contracts.

The company specialise in high end shop refurbishments across the country.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential cost savings
  • Manage variations and claims
  • Prepare and submit interim and final accounts
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

About You:


  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
