Site Manager - Residential - Weston-super-Mare

Established regional residential house builder are looking for an experienced manager to join their award winning team. 

The site is under way, just over 40, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.

The Role:


  • Day to day running of the development 
  • Following NHBC processes and procedures
  • Following site plans and framework to ensure phases are finished on time and budget
  • Reporting into the Contacts Manager 
  • Managing direct staff as well as subcontractors 

The candidate:


  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid)
  • Driven, enthusiastic and career driven
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations
