Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spatial, interior, or product design management
• Strong understanding of hospitality or real estate development processes
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, construction, and operations teams
• Detail-oriented with a practical mindset for cost-effective and scalable design

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain end-to-end design standards across all properties
• Translate brand vision into architectural, interior, and product decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver build-ready solutions
• Ensure all new sites meet brand, operational, and build efficiency criteria
