Salary: R$200,000 – R$240,000 + Commission + Benefits

We are partnering with a global leader in flexible workspace solutions that is continuing to grow its presence across international markets.

As part of this expansion, the business is strengthening its partnership sales team and is looking for a driven Partnership Sales Manager to join the São Paulo operation.

This is a fast-paced, field-based role where you’ll be out in the market every day, meeting property owners, landlords, and operators, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships that support the growth of the network.

What You’ll Do


  • Identify and develop new commercial partnership opportunities across São Paulo and surrounding areas
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building
  • Meet with property owners and landlords to present partnership opportunities
  • Lead conversations through negotiation and contract close, with support from internal teams
  • Deliver against clear growth and revenue targets
  • Stay close to the market, building strong relationships and spotting opportunities early

About You


  • Background in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident when it comes to building relationships and closing deals
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Strong communicator who can influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and hungry to grow
  • Comfortable working in a performance-led, fast-paced role
