Partnerships and Operations Manager – Leading UK Events Company – London – up to £50,000
Our client is a fast-growing business operating across technology, hospitality and live events, connecting independent food and drink businesses with customers at amazing events UK wide.
Through its innovative platform, customers can discover and book everything from street food vendors to specialist suppliers, while its live events curates and delivers F&B line-ups for some of the UK's biggest festivals, venues and events.
The business is now looking for a top-quality manager to bring things together across the platform and at the live events.
Someone who can plan, deliver, execute and report.
Someone who can deliver on both sides of the operation and deliver the best customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the overall supplier and partnership strategy across both the marketplace and live businesses.
- Identify, onboard and develop a high-quality network of independent food, drink and hospitality suppliers.
- Lead and develop the existing supply team, establishing processes, objectives and best practice.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance and quality across the wider network.
- Curate and manage F&B supplier line-ups for large-scale events, festivals, venues and pop-ups.
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to understand supplier mix, pricing, portions, sales potential and customer experience.
- Be hands-on in the field, attending events and working directly with suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Solve problems in the moment.
Key qualities they're looking for:
- Strong experience within F&B, hospitality, live events, concessions, marketplaces or event technology.
- Proven ability to build and manage supplier, partner or account networks.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to understand both the strategic picture and the detail of delivery.
- Genuine understanding of the food and drink operator landscape, particularly independent businesses.
- Resilient and confident communicator who can hold their own when dealing with challenging suppliers or situations.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in, equally comfortable in the office or on site.
