Location: Schenectady, NY
Salary: $100,000 - $108,000 + 20% bonus

Position Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established hotel group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a select-service hotel in Schenectady.

The GM will oversee daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and leadership of the hotel team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day hotel operations.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B leadership.
• Build and manage the property budget and P&L.
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational standards.
• Lead, develop, and retain the management team.
• Partner with regional leadership and ownership.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Proven hotel General Manager experience.
• Demonstrated long-term GM track record.
• Strong financial and P&L knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Degree not required; relevant experience is valued.
