Senior Embedded Software Engineer - C++ role Overview:

As a key member of the team, you'll report directly to the Head of Software, focusing on developing and optimising C++ applications.

Your expertise will drive the real-time control of their innovative robot products and contribute to the evolution of all future projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Basingstoke based job:

- Develop and optimise C++ applications for real-time control of robotics.

- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.

- Develop high-performance production applications and libraries from prototype code.

- Implement complex algorithms and data structures in C++ to solve specific problems e.G.

Robot scheduling.

- Design and implement system-components using modern C++ (11-20) and object-oriented methods.

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive hands on contributions to major C++ projects ideally within the ML/Computer vision space.

- Experience with multithreaded development (both task-parallel and data-parallel).

- Experience with object-oriented design and SOLID principles.
