About the Company:

This super cool and trendy cocktail bar/restaurant company is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their team.

The company has multiple venues around London.

It is a fast-growing business with a lot of opportunities to progress within the company.

We are looking for someone with a very strong wet led background.

Experience within high-volume venues would be beneficial.

What does the Successful Candidate look like?

• Supervise the operations of the venue and report to the GM
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong wet led background is essential
• Knowledge of cocktails is a big bonus
• Has a strong sense of business management
• Committed to training and developing a team
• Highly organised with good attention to details
