Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: €4,500 - €6,000 depending on experience

Location: Brussels, Belgium

This new boutique hotel is set to open its doors in early May 2024.

Nestled in the heart of Brussels, they have an innovative fine dining restaurant concept, offering a trendy and sophisticated atmosphere! Do you want to be part of this exciting adventure?

The position

• Oversee the restaurant operations
• Hire and train the staff, creating your own team
• Come up with ideas to develop the bar strategy and increasing revenue
• Creating menus and new drinks together with the head chef and owner
• Leading a team and set example
• Have a deep understanding of the product and systems, ensuring everything is accurately set up in the POS
• Participate in the pricing of the items
• Creating Profit and Loss reports
• Conduct monthly inventory and stock management.
• Oversee stock ordering and contacting suppliers

The successful candidate

• Local market knowledge
• Previous experience in high-end, chic, or trendy atmospheres
• Passion for F&B
• Great leader and supporting the team
• Must have mixologist knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English and French
• Dutch is a plus but not mandatory
