I am working with a client who is seeking a Senior Catering Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day catering operations to ensure exceptional operational excellence and customer service
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients
• Build and lead a committed team, providing support and guidance to team members
• Coordinate with the culinary management team to provide the highest level of catering service
• Ensure financial targets and profits are being met

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a similar operation
• Passionate about food but excellent service
• Attentive to client’s needs and have a strong presence
• Natural leader who works in a fast-paced environment
• Superb communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills
