Opportunity available for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within an CMHT, Based in Bristol

The team sits within the Assessment and recovery team with the role predominately undertaking the full range of activities required to deliver on-going comprehensive mental health assessment for service users with severe and enduring mental health needs living in the community and in a range of settings.

As part of this role you be responsible for developing delivering and reviewing comprehensive and complex treatment programmes using appropriate frameworks in line with evidence- based practice, including strategies to manage risk for service users with complex needs and carers, bringing in other resources as required.

You will using Specialist Dual Diagnosis assessment tools and treatment interventions, based on the Cognitive-Behavioral Integrated Treatment Approach, and might include specific mental health and/or substance misuse screening and assessment tools, harm reduction strategies, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention

This role is to commence ASAP and will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The hourly rate for his role is: £30.00 Per Hour
