Job Description

West Sussex County Council are looking for a number of Support Workers to join their team at Stanhope Lodge Care Home located in Worthing.

As a Support Worker, your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting individuals with their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to adults in a residential care home setting


• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting


• Administer medication as required


• Support individuals with their daily activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks


• Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a care home setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Flexibility to work different shifts as required


• Valid DBS, Covid Pass and Photo ID
