The Company:

My client specializes in services like lighting, power, fire, security, lifts, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning, emergency power, and building management systems.


They handle new projects from initial client brief to final handover.


They conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and reports.


They provide troubleshooting, energy audits and service coordination with on-site engineers.





The Role of the Mechanical Design Engineer:

Fast-paced projects designing and overseeing progression, liaising with design teams to ensure adherence to designs.


Heavy coordination involvement.


Projects include retail and fast food sectors.


Design and produce building services designs, including drainage, all piped services, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning.


Create drawings using Revit.


Work as part of a team as well as autonomously; must be self-motivated.


Attend site meetings to liaise with the design team.

Must have experience of being on site working with clients.


Should enjoy the technical side of things and pay attention to detail.
