The Role:

Customer Service Manager

Opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturer.


Managing a team of sales support advisors.


The team provide quotes to electrical wholesalers and contractors and progress orders.


Your role will be the day-to-day management of the team including coaching, appraisals and disciplinaries.


Working to improve metrics within the business using process improvement techniques and data analysis.

The Ideal Person:

Customer Service Manager

Strong leadership skills in a customer focused environment.



Strong analytical and IT skills – particularly Excel.


Ideally will have SAP experience, but not essential.


Great with customers.


Able to bring enthusiasm and balance.


Good communication skills.


Good sense of humour.
