Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of clinical practice and therapeutics, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in producing reports using pharmacy software and utilizing clinical audit to enhance practice is essential.

Location: Birmingham NHS
Rates if pay: Competitive dependant on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830-1630 (37.5 Hours) part and full time considered

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a good understanding of therapeutic options and drug usage reports analysis.
- Produce reports using pharmacy software.
- Utilize clinical audit to improve practice.
- Manage risks effectively in pharmacy settings.
- Adhere to clinical governance practices.
- Create patient information materials regarding medicines and their therapeutic use.
- Plan and manage projects effectively.
- Demonstrate good organization, time management, and target meeting skills.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Communicate excellently, both written and orally.
- Work effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
- Registered Pharmacist with relevant regulatory body.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and report generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
