As a Health, Safety, and Environment Manager you will be responsible for planning and managing the HSE functions of the company with the aim of improving HSE performance and culture.

Roles and Responsibilities of Health, Safety, and Environment Manager:

• Develop, write, implement, and monitor systems for HSE management and procedures.


• Identify training needs and deliver, whilst also advising on technical aspects of the role.


• Investigate, report, and suggest solutions and action plans for any identified risks or problems on site.


• Set company policy on Health, Safety, and Environment matters in consultation with the Safety Committee and Senior Leadership Team.


• Act as a Senior Representative for ISO 14001.


• Identify Continuous Methods of Improvement and a consult on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters.

To be successful in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment Manager, you will need:

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management.


• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental practice within an industrial manufacturing environment.


• Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and all company activities, including chemical processes, due to the complex and demanding nature of the work.
