Position: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Salary: £40,000 negotiable (overtime available)

Location: Mobile, based in Peterborough & Surrounding Areas

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

About the Role: Recruit Mint is hiring for a leading facilities maintenance client.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance for schools, factories, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance per schedules and industry standards.

· Identify and report defects to site representative and Line Manager.

· Provide parts lists and time estimates for remedial work.

· Complete Risk Assessments and ensure a Safe & Healthy working environment.

Person Specification:

· HVAC building services knowledge is an advantage.

· Physically fit to carry tools and components up to 20kg.

· Able to use vertical access equipment.

· Able to understand building operations and services.

Qualifications:

· GAS SAFE Commercial Qualifications (required)

· OFTEC Qualifications (desirable)

· Mechanical qualifications

· IPAF and PASMA qualifications (desirable)
