This EC&I Engineer role is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's market leading pharmaceutical manufacturers.

This permanent role offering up to £60,000 based in Huddersfield will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to build experience in multiple areas of the business, enhancing their skillset.

Responsibilities of the successful EC&I Engineer:

• Lead C & E, I on site


• Lead improvements and optimization projects on existing plant and facilities


• Carry out feasibility studies as part of the budgeting and project processes


• Provide Electrical expertise into safety activities and other safety improvement projects.


• Take a leadership role with respect to company standards & systems associated with C & E, I.


• Manage small CAPEX projects and improvements involving staff from maintenance, manufacturing, & operations.


• Work closely with the Maintenance team to root cause breakdowns and provide technical expertise to support plant trouble shooting.

The successful EC&I Engineer will have relevant experience working in a Chemical/Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or in a similar industry.

Applicants will ideally hold a degree in either an electrical/instrumentation discipline.
