Quality Engineer

Primary purpose:
Upholding product quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction the Quality Engineer will review material certifications, conduct inspections, and analyse data to identify and address recurring issues.
You will also play a key role in resolving quality-related concerns, supporting customer complaints investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing material certification against specifications and conducting non-destructive examination and testing.
- Surveying seal assemblies throughout manufacturing processes and before packing.
- Producing comprehensive reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests and dimensional reporting, to meet customer contracts.
- Analysing data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participating in both internal and external quality issue resolution.
- Supporting customer complaint and warranty investigations, as well as internal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in product and project delivery quality planning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements at the local level.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 and experience in conducting audits.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement abilities.
- Familiarity with highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
