Primary purpose:
Upholding product quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction the Quality Engineer will review material certifications, conduct inspections, and analyse data to identify and address recurring issues.

You will also play a key role in resolving quality-related concerns, supporting customer complaints investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Reviewing material certification against specifications and conducting non-destructive examination and testing.

  • Surveying seal assemblies throughout manufacturing processes and before packing.

  • Producing comprehensive reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests and dimensional reporting, to meet customer contracts.

  • Analysing data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Participating in both internal and external quality issue resolution.

  • Supporting customer complaint and warranty investigations, as well as internal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations.

  • Conducting internal audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assisting in product and project delivery quality planning activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements at the local level.



Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in ISO 9001 and experience in conducting audits.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement abilities.

  • Familiarity with highly regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
