Are you a skilled Manual Grinder with experience on OPG Wickman Grinding machines? Would you like to work for a business that values its workforce and offers flexible working hours?

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality cutting tools, based in the Warwickshire area.

They are currently looking for a skilled Manual Machinist with experience on Optical Profile Grinding machines.

Commutable from Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Southam and Wellesbourne.

The Role - Grinding Machinist:

- Setting and preparing the machine for grinding operations               
- Grinding, deburring, and polishing to bespoke design specifications
- Carrying out maintenance of grinding machine and cutting tools

- Working to engineering drawings

Experience Required - Manual Grinder

- Previous experience as a Grinder / OPG Machinist
- Previous manual machining experience
- Have the ability to understand engineering drawings and tight tolerances

- Applying health and safety practices as per the company standards

The Package - OPG Wickman Manual Machinist:

- Starting pay rate up to £17 per hour
- Overtime at x1.5 above 36.5 hours
- Day Shifts - 4 or 5 day week available - Flexible working hours
- Private Pension scheme

- 31 Days Holiday
