The Role of Project Engineering Manager:

- Manage and oversee engineering projects, specifically the build of bespoke filtration systems.
- Work hands-on with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to achieve clients’ specifications.
- Streamline production processes and ensure all projects meet water industry compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required-Project Engineering Manager:

- Degree-level Engineer, ideally C.Eng, with a strong background in fluid and gas dynamics.
- Experience in the wastewater industry and filtration systems.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate teams.
- Hands-on experience with on-site installations and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
