Rate of Pay: £14.62 per hour

Job Description

Barnet Council are looking for a Passenger Transport Driver to transport SEN passengers to and from school from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers during the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting SEN passengers to and from school


• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during the journey


• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle


• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations


• Reporting any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities

Requirements

• Valid UK D1 driving license with a minimum of 2 years' experience


• Experience in transporting passengers, particularly those with special needs


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or route
