Senior QA Document Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior QA Documentation Controller to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in the heart of London.

As the Senior QA Documentation Controller your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within a dynamic GxP environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Senior QA Document Controller will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.

Oversee the Document Control Team, ensuring GxP documents are accurate, complete, and compliant within the eQMS and beyond.

2.

Act as a pivotal Data Champion in daily meetings, maintaining team metrics, KPIs, and ensuring timely document release.

3.

Lead projects within the Document Control team, adhering to timelines and maintaining compliance, and report on document process metrics to Senior Management.

4.

Provide direct support during audits and proactively support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior QA Document Controller we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.

Relevant degree in a life sciences or related field.

2.

Proven experience in Compliance and Quality Assurance within a GxP environment.

3.

Proficiency in electronic quality/document management systems, particularly MasterControl, and Microsoft Office applications and eQMS.
