Learning Support Assistant - September Start

Integra Education are working in partnership with a Wirral based secondary school who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2024 for an ongoing post for the 24/25 academic year.

As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to students where required


• Assist with lesson planning, adapting materials as needed


• Implement personalised learning plans and EHCP plans


• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• A good work ethic


• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (non-qualified candidates are welcome to apply)
