Teaching Assistant

Integra Education are currently working in partnership with an Ofsted rated Good Secondary school in Trafford.

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work closely with teaching staff to delver high quality education and support to all pupils.

This role whilst is initially temporary has the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons


• Work closely with children, including those with SEN/SEND to provide individualised support


• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment


• Provide one-to-one support for children who require additional help

Requirements:

• An Teaching Assistant qualification or similar experience


• Experience working with children, particularly in an SEN/SEND setting


• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals


• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children learn and grow


• Effective behaviour management strategies
