On their mission for growth & expansion, they are looking to bring a Sales Office Manager into the team.

Sales Office Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales administration team.
• Ensure the smooth receipt and processing of customer orders inputting into the MRP system
• Processing of standard as well as bespoke orders.
• Check pricing on orders and ensure that any customer discounts are applied.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with various departments including purchasing, planning and production to ensure the smooth flow of orders.
  
  
• Utilise Sage 200 and Excel to produce order plans and provide customers with lead times and expected delivery dates.
• Leading, developing and supporting members of the Sales Administration team.

Sales Office Manager

The Candidate

• Ideally 2 years plus of experience managing a sales office.
• Ideally you will have managed a sales office within a manufacturing environment.
• You will have good Excel skills.
• Experience of working with Sage 200 would be beneficial but other MRP systems will be considered.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to deal with financial information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers.
