Service Care Solutions are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team in Cambridge.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Your duties will include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' mental health conditions and developing care plans


• Administering medication and monitoring patients' progress


• Providing support to patients and their families


• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care

Requirements:

• A valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse


• Previous experience working in a mental health setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
