Head of Export – Premium Drinks Brand – International - Up to £90k + Package + Travel
My client is a leading producer of premium beverages, renowned for our commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence.
With a diverse portfolio of drinks that cater to discerning palates, we are looking to expand our footprint across Europe.

As the Head of Export (Europe), you will be responsible for developing and executing our export strategy, managing key accounts, and driving growth across the European region.
You will work closely with our marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure our premium products reach our customers in optimal condition and with maximum impact.
The ideal Head of Export will have Drinks industry experience managing multiple different export markets across Europe.
Your role of Head of Export will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive export strategy for Europe, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and maximising on current markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in various European markets.
- Lead and manage the export sales team, set targets, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations and standards across different European countries.
- Develop and manage the export budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Work with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Have you achieved any of the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the premium drinks or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of European markets and regulatory environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
