Job Title: Junior Sommelier – Luxury Hotel - Midlands

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Midlands

I am currently recruiting a Sommelier to join this luxury hotel in the Midlands.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Sommelier who is looking to inspire the guests with a memorable wine experience

About the position

• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Advise guests on suitable wines
• Host and direct memorable wine events with the guests and staff
• Undertake monthly stock takes
• Ensure that all the glassware is presentable
• Ensure the stock is accounted for and locked away

The successful candidate

• Will have previous Sommelier experience
• A high level of customer service
• WSET qualification ideally
• Strong knowledge and a passion for F&B
• Experience working in fine dining or +4 star hotel
• Well organised with great attention for detail
