General Manager - Upscale Italian Restaurant 

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000K + benefits

Location: NYC

Our client is a well-known hospitality group in NYC! With a long-standing reputation for fantastic and upscale French dining and providing exceptional service! They are currently looking to add a professional General Manager to their team! The optimal candidate will have experience in French, Italian or European cuisine and Maitre D experience to support the team. 

The General Manager Candidate  

• 
  

  2+ years in General Manager role in a similar restaurant environment

• Maitre D Exerpience 

• 
  

  Passionate about providing exceptional service 

• 
  

  Have strong knowledge of cost control, P&L management and labour management

• Be a strong mentor to continously develop the team
