Job Title: Reservations Agent – Luxury Serviced Apartments - London

Salary: £27,000

Location: London

My client is recruiting a Reservations Agent to join their Luxury Serviced Apartment Group in Central London.

They are looking for some who has experience in bookings and reservations within hospitality or travel.

About the position

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations
• Ensure the effective communication between partners and guests in a timely manner

• Ensure the delivery of 5
  
  *star service throughout the customer journey
• Oversee the check in and check out process
• Encourage upselling to maximise revenue
• Oversee any online enquiries

The successful candidate

• Accommodation reservations experience a must
• OTA experience a must
• Fluent in English both in written and spoken
• Strong computer skills
• Team player
