Salary: $100,000

Our client, a first-of-its-kind private members club is seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to join their elite team.

This exclusive club offers unparalleled experiences, blending luxury and innovation in a unique setting.

The Beverage Manager will have the opportunity to craft exceptional drink programs and elevate the members' experience.

Responsibilities:

The Beverage Manager will maintain the excellence, creativity, brand promise, and profitability of the restaurant's wine and beverage program.

Collaborating with Senior leadership, the Beverage Manager will make decisions impacting the financial health of the business while aligning with the company’s culture and policies.

Acting as a leader, educator, coach, and mentor, the Beverage Manager will inspire and teach the Bar, Service, and Sommelier Teams to elevate the brand's core values and mission.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ similar experience in a management role
• Experience in a private member’s concept a plus
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with relevant regulations
• Have a passion for all things beverages!
