Executive Assistant

Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial services firm, have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.


This is a broad role, you will provide support to the Client Service Team through a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks.

Corporate travel experience is required.



Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working as an Executive Personal Assistant ideally within financial services.

  • Corporate travel experience is required.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

  • Understanding of office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping.

  • Working knowledge of internal systems including Eagle and Salesforce.

  • Understanding of business communications, including style and format of letters, presentations, and reports.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Contact for all clients, consultants and prospects for internal and external meetings and conference calls.

  • EA to Client Service Investment Managers to include management of all diary activities, and the setting up of calls and meetings as well as travel.

  • Set up and organise quarterly review calls and in-house meetings for clients and consultants.

  • Responsible for logging of events, roadshows, file notes, contact updates etc.

    in Salesforce.

  • Produce relevant documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for all meetings, calls, and trips.

  • Co-ordination of global travel in line with the firm's policy

  • Answer incoming queries in a timely and professional manner and draw upon the resources of other departments to solve client queries and issues.

  • Process expenses through the PeopleSoft system.

  • Provide cover and support for other members of the EA team as and when required.
