This is a unique opportunity! I am working with a dental company that operates several practices across the South of England.

They are seeking an Area Manager to help with SOP implementation, onboarding, business growth, and cultural development.

You won't need to handle the technical aspects of the business, as that's managed by another senior member.

They want you for your organizational skills and leadership abilities.

The Company

This smaller but growing Dental business with four sites and two more to be added, its already making a name for itself within its sector, but they have noticed as they are growing, they need to be in this person to the business to add value and work with the practices Managers, you would build a strong relationship with the owner of the company to help roll out the vision of the company.

The sites are based in the South of England, you would be required to travel

The Ideal Area Manager…..

• An outgoing and friendly personality – committed and motivated work ethic
• Must come from hospitality to apply
• 3 years senior Management experience within a fast-passed casual dining
• An excellent financial understanding
• A strong understanding of training and back-office system set ups
• Ideally been involved in openings or re brandings in the past
• Excellent experience recruiting and developing new teams
