Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
• Manage and train Commis Chefs in your section
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Keep up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
