Business Support Administrator

Job Title - Business Support Admin


Location - Nottingham NG2


Contract - Temp 12 weeks.


Hours - 37


Role summary - The Business Hub Administrator will assist in the timely and accurate processing of various transactions within the Business Services Centre (BSC).

This role ensures a flexible administrative service across all areas of function.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize prescribed employee and financial systems, adhering to detailed business processes to deliver transactions within agreed timescales.

  • Maintain and input data using various computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal systems (SAP, Oleeo, ebulk, Granicus Forms, Civica UPM).

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring user-friendly and quality service.

  • Work as part of a team to maintain high standards and meet business needs.
