Our client is seeking a personable and dynamic Reception Manager to lead their reception team, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily reception operations smoothly.
• Lead and inspire the reception team.
• Encourage innovation and continuous guest service improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop reception staff.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and communication.
• Manage seating and coordinate team efforts efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Reception Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and hands-on management approach
• Ambitious to grow with an expanding company
• Super user of Open Table, Triple Seat and SevenRooms
• Has managed large teams
