Senior Membership Manager, London, Up to £90k

An incredible opportunity for a Senior Membership Manager has arisen at a high-end private members club in London.

The Senior Membership Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership, from recruitment to retention, ensuring that members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

The role:

• Manage the end to end membership process
• Support the head of department in overseeing the membership team
• Responsible for driving membership acquisitions
• Member communications
• Foster strong relationships with current members, addressing their needs and enhancing their club experience
• Have a strong presence on site acting as the face of the club
• Track member feedback and ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve member satisfaction and engagement

Experience:

• Previous experience in a membership or client management role from a luxury background
• Be a people driven person, with energy and positivity
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong network and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
